Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: All DJ lessons must be booked in advance through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your lesson at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session time. Cancellations & No-Shows: • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson time will incur a $15 cancellation fee • No-shows will also be charged a $15 fee • Late arrivals will not extend the session time Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other bookings. Instructor Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds: All lesson bookings are non-refundable except in the case of instructor cancellation. Safety & Access • Lessons are by appointment only • Only the registered student may attend (no extra guests unless approved) 👶 2. Age Policy (if applicable) • Students under 18 must have parent/guardian consent • Parent may be required to remain on-site for minors 🎛 3. Equipment Care • Students must treat all DJ equipment with care • No food or drinks near equipment • Any intentional damage may be billed to the student 🧼 4. Cleanliness & Respect • Please arrive clean and respectful of the studio environment • No smoking, drugs, or alcohol permitted on premises 🕒 5. Punctuality • Please arrive on time • Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival 📹 6. Recording Policy • Students may record short clips for practice unless otherwise requested • Full lesson recording or posting online requires permission 🚫 7. Right to Refuse Service • You reserve the right to refuse or end a session due to unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior
