DJ Apollo bookings are handled directly and professionally to ensure the right fit, proper event alignment, and a high-quality experience.
Please review the following terms before requesting a performance.
Booking Requests
Submitting a booking inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirmation.
All performance requests are reviewed individually based on:
• date
• event type
• location
• production needs
• schedule
• fit
DJ Apollo reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request.
Booking Categories
Booking requests may include, but are not limited to:
Performances
• headlining sets
• concerts & showcases
• festivals & club appearances
• tour & spot dates
Appearances
• artist shows
• industry events
• special guest performances
Private Engagements
• corporate events
• private events
• select mobile DJ engagements
• Northern California events
• full A/V production upon request
Confirmation
A booking is considered officially confirmed only after:
• event details are approved
• quote is accepted
• deposit is received
• written confirmation is issued
No date is held without confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit / retainer is required to secure all confirmed performances.
Standard payment structure may vary by event, but in most cases:
• 50% deposit to secure the date
• remaining balance due before or on event date, depending on agreement
Custom terms may apply for larger events, travel dates, or production-heavy bookings.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests may be considered case by case depending on:
• notice given
• date availability
• prior commitments
• event scope
Approval of a new date is not guaranteed.
Production / Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details including:
• venue information
• event timeline
• performance schedule
• load-in / access details
• parking
• point of contact
• technical or production needs
Any special requirements should be communicated in advance.
Private Engagements / A/V
For select private engagements, additional sound or production support may be available upon request.
This may include:
• DJ equipment
• sound reinforcement
• microphones
• lighting
• select A/V support
Availability and pricing for these needs must be confirmed in advance.
Performance Conditions
DJ Apollo reserves the right to refuse or discontinue performance if event conditions are unsafe, unlawful, hostile, or materially inconsistent with the confirmed agreement.
