All sales through therealdjapollo.com are handled with care and reviewed in alignment with the nature of each product or offering.

Please review the following policy before placing an order.

Digital Products / Music Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

•  digital albums

•  digital singles

•  downloadable music

•  digital audio products

•  other downloadable media

Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, refunds are generally not provided.

If you experience a technical issue with a digital order, support will be provided where possible.

Physical Products

Refunds or replacements for physical products may be considered in cases involving:

•  damaged items

•  incorrect item received

•  fulllillment error

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Where appropriate, photo documentation may be requested before a resolution is provided.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved:

•  digital products

•  downloadable releases

•  special-order items

•  limited-run items

•  personalized or custom items

•  confirmed deposits or retainers

Event / Booking Deposits

Performance deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Please refer to the Booking Terms or event agreement for additional details.

DJ Lessons

Lesson-related payments, deposits, cancellations, or missed sessions are governed separately under the DJ Lessons Policy.

Resolution Process

If an issue arises, the goal is always to resolve it fairly and professionally.

Approved resolutions may include:

•  replacement

•  store credit

•  technical support

•  refund, where appropriate and at sole discretion
